VEKTOR Slipstream v1.7.7 (Preview) Released

Early access build. Highlights:

  • Sentinel — new proactive memory injection layer (opt-in self-questioning, adaptive per-agent thresholds) alongside existing pull-based recall.
  • Supersession fix — root-caused and fixed why memory supersession never fired in production (score-scale bug across the recall/rerank pipeline).
  • Faraday independent watchdog — standalone integrity monitor for MCP configs, running outside any active AI session.
  • Faraday tamper-evident audit log — chained-hash gate event history, git-commit style.
  • Numerous smaller fixes (see full changelog).
